Preventive Health & Wellness Navigation

Navigating healthcare systems can feel overwhelming, especially when facing language barriers, unfamiliar rules, or system bias. This interactive, peer-led workshop equips community members with practical self-advocacy tools to take charge of their healthcare journey.

Led by Certified Community Health Workers (CCHWs), participants will learn how to access 100% covered annual wellness screenings, request free certified medical interpreters for clinic appointments, and locate culturally aligned doctors and local clinics. Whether you are helping yourself or family members, leave with actionable check-lists, language access tools, and 1-on-1 support resources.
